rETURNING YOUR sTABLEsKIN
At StableSkin we have a strict 30 day returns policy. Your item must reach us within 30 days of your original purchase, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase must be provided when you contact us.

Please ensure your StableSkin Jacket is returned or exchanged within this period.

Your item must be unworn, un marked, unwashed and in its StableSkin bag.

All items are inspected by us before a refund or exchange is processed. Items deemed to be in anything other than brand new condition will be returned to you.

We will aim to refund within 6-10 working days. Credit/debit cards may take up to 7 working days to clear into your account.

We strongly recommend you send your package by signed for delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

**Please Note** Any items bought as part of the poppy appeal are strictly subject to no refunds/exchanges as our donation cannot be reclaimed. Please check the size guide before ordering.
Any items received in non-sellable condition will not be accepted. We reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
