Returning Your StableSkin

We hope you love your StableSkin purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

 

Returns Window

We operate a strict 30-day returns policy at StableSkin. Your item must reach us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

 

How to Return an Item

Before sending anything back, please contact us first with the following details:

• Your order number

• Your reason for returning the item

This helps us process your return smoothly and efficiently.

 

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unmarked

• Must be returned in the original StableSkin bag

• A valid proof of purchase is required

All items are carefully inspected before a refund or exchange is issued. Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to you.

 

Refund Processing

We aim to process refunds within 6–10 working days of receiving your return. Card payments may take an additional up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your provider.

 

Sending Your Return

We strongly recommend using a signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Repairs

We understand accidents can happen. If your StableSkin item requires a repair, we may be able to arrange this for you.

• Please contact us to discuss the issue before sending your item.

• Items must be returned clean. Any items received in an unclean state will not be accepted for repair.

• Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Important Notes

• End of Line Clearance Items:
  Purchases from our End of Line Stock Clearance are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please check our size guide before ordering.

• Non-Sellable Returns:
  Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
